Sam wasn’t sure what exactly spurred it on, but there was strange activity going around the town he was in, and Dean and his father weren’t taking notice to it— typical, for them, really. Sighing deeply, Sam let his hand run over the knife hidden beneath his pants, pressing gently against his thigh as he walked around the area, searching for something, anything, that would give him a clue.
